- Breakfast is included with each night’s stay and early surfer / fisherperson breakfasts can be arranged.
- Boat reservations for fishing or surfing can be made with us as well, just be sure to ask when you are booking your stay with us.
- All rooms feature a private bathroom w/ hot water, air conditioning, and a view of the ocean from either a private patio or balcony.
Taxes, maid service and WiFi are included in all rates. 50% deposit required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am.
If we do not have incoming guests, we are flexible about check out time.
All rates are based on double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made 6 (six) weeks or more prior to the arrival date, 50% (fifty) of the deposit will be returned. If cancellation is made less than 6 (six) weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WE BOOK FAR IN ADVANCE, TURNING MANY PEOPLE AWAY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT. FAMILY EMERGENCIES, NATURAL DISASTERS, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS DO HAPPEN. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE ANY RESTITUTION FOR A CANCELLED OR DELAYED TRIP.
