Activities in Troncones vary from world-class surfing to amateur shell collecting, with a little bit of everything in between. We offer boat trips to local surf spots, for fishing, and for sea turtle watching. We also know some great surf instructors for those who are trying surfing for the very first time.
Just south of Casa Manzanillo, in the middle of the bay is a great place to swim or boogie board.
You can arrange for horseback riding, massages, manicures, or snorkeling, all of which are available along the bay.
You can spend time swinging in a hammock, reading a book poolside, collecting shells, kite flying, or shopping in the boutiques of Troncones’ small hotels.
Many of our guests are surprised at how long they can spend; sitting and watching the waves break, either in our restaurant or while sipping a cold beverage in our pool.
Day trips to La Union or Zihuantanejo are also popular with guests who pick up souvenirs and a bit of local culture.
